The SkyBridge is at the top of the Gatlinburg SkyLift, about 1,800 feet above sea level, and is billed as the longest pedestrian cable bridge in North America by Gatlinburg SkyPark. It measures 680 feet, per WBIR.

Getting there

You ride the SkyLift chairlift from downtown up to Crockett Summit, where the SkyBridge and SkyDeck start, according to the SkyLift Park. If you are staying downtown, you can walk to the base.

Tickets

SkyPark sells admission that includes the SkyLift ride and SkyBridge. Its family bundle includes full adult admission with 20% off up to four junior tickets, and children 5 and under are free, per the SkyLift Park. Combo tickets with other attractions are also sold through third-party sites.

Tips

  • Go at opening or around sunset for fewer people and better light.
  • The bridge has glass panels in the middle; you can walk around them if heights bother you.
  • Check wind and storm closures before you go.
